Donation Fees

The cost of the trip is subsidized by the Foundation and the Board has established a fee schedule based on expected ability to contribute and value to the team.  This fee covers transportation, room and board up until the final weekend in Antigua or Guatemala City. You have not confirmed your place on the team until your donation has been made.

For reference, the federal tax identification number for the Hospital de la Familia Foundation is 94-2452906.
